European Institute for Local Development (EILD) is an active. EILD was founded in 2009 as an independent non-governmental organization whose members are European citizens, entities and organizations devoted on supporting regional development activities and transnational collaboration. EILD is active in various fields such as regional development, environment, development of new technologies and transference of innovation, vocational education and training, exchange of knowledge, information access, capacity building, raising awareness, social cohesion, research and development.
